Stack Description

I just want to understand regard the people are called self restore. This people are HIV pos. but they cant transmitt the deaseas to their partners even if you dont use condoms. I am little bit confused regard this matter. Kindly explain any you know about it.

I'm not aware that an HIV pos can't transmit their infection though they don't use condoms. School says that it is high risk that the HIV will be transmitted through intercourse isn't it? How come there is this info that HIV pos. can't transfer the infection. Need further knowledge about this please. Anybody?
